Our building, rooms, pool, common areas and parking are not accessible. We do not have elevators. Rooms, beach and pool are accessible by stairs only.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refund Policy

In the event you must cancel your room, the cancellation request must be received 22 days prior to you our arrival date. If your cancellation is received appropriately, your deposit will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee for cost incurred. If 21 or less days is given, your deposit will not be refunded. No shows maybe charged for the full length of their stay.

 Written confirmation and deposit of one night’s lodging required.
 No Elevators. Most rooms require one to two flights of stairs.
Deposit equal to one night’s accommodations plus tax is required for confirmed reservation. Deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the specified date or depart before the final day of your reservation. Stays cannot be shortened within 3 weeks of arrival. You will be liable for full number of nights reserved.
Deposit will be returned less a $100 reservation fee if cancellation is made 22 or more days prior to arrival. Shortened reservations may be subject to cancellation fees a nd are subject to minimum stay requirements. Reservations cannot be shorted within 3weeks of arrival. No shows will be charged for entire length of stay.
All guests must arrive by 8:00 PM in spring/fall and 10:00 PM in summer or special arrangements must be made prior to arrival date. You will receive an email 5 days prior to arrival for office hours.
Parking is for one space per room. Small to Mid-Size cars recommended as parking spaces are tight. Warning: 7′-3″ Max Height Clearance in parking garage. Small to Mid-size Cars recommended.
