The beach is beautiful and the ocean front units overlook the ocean.

We have stayed at the Atlantic Oceanfront Hotel, now the Atlantic Oceanfront Hotel, for the past eight or nine years, spending about eight nights there per year in an oceanfront room. Kevin and Deidre Bolduc, the owners, and Kevin’s parents are a wonderful family and great to deal with. They are at the hotel every day. All problems are timely rectified if not immediately taken care of. The beach is beautiful and the ocean front units overlook the ocean. You can listen to the waves at night and again in the morning and watch a sunrise. It is a beautiful beach to walk. All the staff are very courteous and very helpful. Some have been coming back year after year to work there. We always look forward to returning every year and seeing all our friends at the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel is centrally located about one mile from Route 1 and is in the center of Wells Beach. Many of the good restaurants are only about a mile to two miles, and some nearer. We love it there and plan to keep returning. Every year an update is done to the hotel.
